Today I’m so excited to introduce an amazing woman, Jessica Dalliday. She is a certified Athletic Therapist, Kinesiologist and pilates instructor who has her own online subscription website for pilates workouts, called Pilates on Demand that she designed for real women, with real bodies. The classes range from pre-pregnancy, to prenatal, postnatal and beyond. You can find all things Jess on her website, The Healthy Sweet Potato. Here you will find beautiful posts that showcase Jess’s passion for food, all things health, fitness and fun. She started the blog to share her plant-based recipes, exercise experience and life stories.
It has also become a place for Jess to share her journey with her struggles around eating and exercising.
